Loved our rooms with terrace. The staff were absolutely kind and outstandingly accommodating, and the atmosphere was individual, mainly due to the staff. The private parking was outside, hospitable service. Took advantage of laundry, wake up service and ironing, they were free of charge.

I loved the amazing location here! It's just a short walk to the ferry where you can get a ride straight into the city. Plus, it's not near cafes, but it's close to nearby restaurants which is great. The service here is top-notch. I appreciated the room amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The garden furniture adds a nice touch to the sitting area. The leisure spa and wellness centre here is fantastic! I had a great time using the sauna, swimming pool, and live entertainment. The sun loungers here are also a plus.

The bed sucked. Could feel the springs through the matress. Intenet enormously slow and unstable.

Being able to book online and at short notice

I do not believe the apartment I received was to the level advertised. The spa bath was not a two person as advertised. You couldn't see the tv from the bedroom so we ended up using the sofa bed instead. The room service menu was very sparse and the actual food below the standard of this type of rated hotel. The cleaning of the room was very poor and the cleaner left half their detergents, cloths in the room - I'm assuming they did not complete the clean. The restaurant service was very slow and the buffet breakfast was left to dry up instead of being turned or freshened.

The location was perfect, and the restaurant served delicious dinner dishes.

The resort is situated in a magnificent location near the Swan River estuary. It is conveniently located close to cafes, restaurants, Como beach, and a running trail. Guests can enjoy tea, coffee, and desserts at the Hang Out Bar and Cafe nearby.
